This guide is for installing mods to your local Forge installation. If you have not uploaded the mods to your server yet, please follow this guide first.
Please note this tutorial is for Windows - and will only work if you installed Forge to its default directory. If you installed it elsewhere, you will need to change the directory.
- Install Forge. You will need to have already installed Forge first for this guide. If you have not, you can download the Installer for your selected game-version from their website at http://files.minecraftforge.net/
2. First, Click the Windows + R key together, this should bring up the following prompt.
3. Then, type %appdata% into the box.
4. Click the folder named ,minecraft
5. Then, click the mods folder. This is where you will want to copy the same mod files from your servers 'mods' folder.
