We do not offer it as a add-on, as for most this is mainly useful for setting up a domain for your server, therefore removing the need to add ":PORT" at the end of your IP address, when in fact you can use a 'SRV' record rather than a 'A' record to achieve the same effect, all while not needing to pay the additional cost of a dedicated IP.
What is a dedicated IP?
A dedicated IP is a IP just for your server, therefore you will get the port "25565" rather than a random port, which is the default Minecraft port. This removes the need to add ":PORT" to the end of your IP Address.

How do i purchase one?
Please create a Support ticket to our billing department here. Ensure to select the 'related service' that you would like the dedicated IP for. Our support team will create an invoice for you to pay. Once paid, they will get that setup for you and keep you up to date via Support ticket.
How long does it take?
Dedicated IP`s are setup depending on availability. If there are IP`s in-stock, it will usually take less than 30 minutes on average to get it setup. If there is not, please note it can take between 1-3 working days to get that activated. Note you will not be billed until it is setup.
For example, if you paid on the 1st, and your dedicated IP was setup on the 3rd, you would be billed 30 days from the 3rd, not the 1st.
