You should receive a email from our Panel to setup a password to login with. Please note for security reasons the login details for our control panel are different to your billing accounts, so please note they are not the same. This email can often end up in the junk/spam folder of your mailbox, please check this.
If you still cannot find the email, or entered a incorrect email address by accident - then please contact LiveChat (when available) or create a Support Ticket (please ensure you are logged into the billing area and select 'Technical' department, and our Staff will go ahead and reset your login details manually for you.
