This is a very rare - however, if your service shows as paid however the status is "pending" - please do not worry.
This is usually due to our automated system having an issue assigning your service onto one of our available nodes (either an internal issue, or lack of available stock) or optionally an internal issues or flagged order.
Your payment will have gone through fine, so there is no need to worry about this.
If your order is showing as pending, our team will be notified immediately, and in most cases the issue should be resolved within minutes. If it has been pending for further than a hour from payment date, please create a support ticket and our team can provide a update regarding this - however most of the time you will get an email from us within the hour regarding your order status.
Please note if your order is pending due to a stock issue - we will compensate the missed out time onto your service - so please do not worry about this.
